Ignite Positive Changes grew from a simple belief: businesses and organizations can do meaningful work and operate with clarity, structure, and sustainability.
Alayna is an HR and business consultant who has spent more than 25 years helping organizations grow, adapt, and work better together.
Her career has taken her across the Pacific Northwest - from Eugene to the Portland metro area - working with organizations of all sizes. Along the way she has partnered with executives, middle managers, and frontline staff, gaining a deep appreciation for the different perspectives that shape how workplaces function.
Much of her work centers around moments of change. Sometimes that means supporting businesses that have grown quickly and need help strengthening their HR systems and internal structure. Other times it means working with teams that feel stuck - helping them move through communication barriers, rebuild trust, and create a healthier, more supportive workplace culture.
Throughout her leadership roles, Alayna has overseen teams ranging from small groups of a few people to organizations with more than 4,500 employees. That range has given her a practical understanding of leadership at every scale - and a belief that the right systems, clarity, and communication can make an enormous difference no matter the size of an organization.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Studies from Eastern Oregon University, with a minor in Psychology and Business.
Alayna works with both small businesses and nonprofit organizations throughout the region. She and her husband Brandon are also the owners of Herringbone Books in Redmond, Oregon - a community-focused bookstore that reflects their shared love of stories, ideas, and building meaningful connections.
